Many of you know us as Restaurante Los Pérez. Others know us by our domain name, losperezgraciela.com, a tribute to Graciela, who first lit these stoves. The names may have changed, but the spirit remains intact.
We have been here, in this same corner between San Miguel de Salinas and what is now Los Montesinos, since long before the new roads were built. We are that place you can’t see from the outside, the one you come to because someone you trust has told you, ‘the food there is amazing.’ And we are still the same team, serving the same food as always.
